Week 18 Day 1

A little bit of a twist of today's lesson! And it is also a good time to end the blog, so no more posts on the blog. (Sorry for those of you who like the blog, it has been really fun!)

1. Upon accumulating the infractions money, we have just enough for the Pizza Party! Everyone is crowding the pizzas, even before the class starts. There were 4 boxes of cheese pizzas. Yum!

Mr. Rick now came in class. Now the pizzas are being given out...

Okay, since it is a pizza party, doesn't mean we don't have a lesson, we still have one lesson to go, and tomorrow is our History Test part 2, on a computer! While we eat pizzas, we listen to Mr. Rick.

2. Mr. Rick also eats the pizza...

Mr. Rick discusses the blog. Yes, okay. This blog is updated daily on History lessons and is almost free of problems. But Mr. Rick wants to discuss this again, because some of the people are not doing the blog daily.

While Mr. Rick talks, students carefully divide the last two pieces of pizza among each other... (Forgive the bad picture to the left)

Mr. Rick says to us that this blog is an important portfolio, and it must be done daily and not rush it until the end. Not like our semester before where we rush the portfolio because we did it on paper. Submit it within 24 hours of the class, the latest would be the next day after the class.

Then, there must be sections 3, 4, and 5 written on the blog. If you don't know what those are, section 3 is individual work (like the LdL teaching), section 4 is team work (like team presentations and projects) and section 5 is the evaluation of the class, what you learned. And there also must be the topics written in the blog daily, and it has been provided on one of the tabs on top of the blog.

Mr. Rick scans through the blog, and has to check very many blogs across the different grades. So if you did rush the blog, Mr. Rick would not have been able to read everything, and probably might have a bad score. Oh and, if you have to rush the blog, you need to catch up with 5 months of history work. (So, good luck with that.)

The blog is due within this week, so this would be the last post!

3. Now, Mr. Rick asks us to study for the upcoming test. By now most people had finish eating their 2 slices of pizza. We need to continue revising the materials for exam. (The questions are put on the blog, labelled review materials for exam, so you can just download it without going on Schoology.)

Mr. Rick asks us the condition of the blog. Well, it is updated daily, and...

Okay, there is one problem. All this time, there are 4 blog authors, but only ONE did all the work. Mr. Rick seems quite upset about that, so the rest had to edit the blog. (So if there are bad edits, probably it is them, but maybe not.)

Now... The class is done! Hooray! The blog will be submitted! A celebration with Pooh Bear!

4. What we can improve is... Well... Everyone needs to be responsible to help each person of the team do a certain work. If only one does everything while the others don't do anything, it wouldn't improve at all. People who don't work would get low grades. If everyone did work, then everyone would get good scores, and no one would fail.

Now, the last one picture... BYE! :D
